Great location close to the park and transportation. Easy access to everything. During my stay, the relaxation facilities, including the TV room, added to the overall enjoyment. Exploring nearby landmarks like the Boston Public Garden and Boston Common strengthened the bond with my granddaughter. However, the bathroom in our room was small, and the noise from the lobby eating area was a downside. The hotel's pre-authorization at check-in and the breakfast buffet price were unexpected. Staff overall were friendly, but proactive menu suggestions would have been appreciated.

Found a surprising Leica Store and Gallery that satisfied my tech-loving photographer's heart. Cool lobby vibes, a vast fitness center, and a rich history. RSVP for splendid events at the grand ballrooms. If you appreciate a tasty treat, go for the Eggs Benedict Florentine. Dog-walking spots nearby make it easy to enjoy the city with your furry friend. Oh, and the Swing Suite is a must-try!

The Hilton Boston had six clean, functional elevators, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. the hotel's sophistication and modernity, along with centrality, created a lively atmosphere. the inclusion of a breakfast buffet added great value.

The hotel was high quality and the location was ideal not far from the Boston Public Garden, trendy Newbury Street and the Arlington Underground, and city-down and the airport.

Everything was well-maintained, including absolutely perfect and great staff even at check-out. My double room was ideal with a king bed. The breakfast served was particularly good and outstanding with varied alternatives, offering free wi-fi and fresh berries.

The views from the top floor were absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking landmark view that truly captured the essence of Boston. the staff at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help me find the best local spots for dog walks, making my stay feel personalized and special.

The mini fridge in our room did not work properly.

Hilton's prime location near major attractions made exploring effortless. the accommodating staff provided excellent guidance and service. the comfortable, quiet room exceeded expectations, offering a relaxing stay with superior bed and pillow quality.

The breakfast choices were outstanding with varied alternatives, fresh berries and rosemary roast potatoes. Got ideal small queen room with 2 queen beds when arrived, liked that. I've stayed here before and would like to go back there again.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at lobby restaurant inside the lobby. There were facilities such as a sitting area, comfortable chais and 2 TVs.

I stayed at Hilton Boston Park Plaza for transit during my travel and found the location to be highly convenient, being only 2.7 km from Beacon Street and a mere 5 minutes on foot from Arlington. The hotel's commitment to service was evident, and the front desk staff graciously provided compensation when the vending machines were out of bottled water.

The room was quite tight, especially as there were 4 of us sharing a double Queen room. However, considering the city location, this was somewhat expected.
